The pure, slightly woody and earthy aroma evokes powerful sensory memories for Chef Kei of his childhood among the stunning mountains of Nagano. A beautiful balance of Scotch whiskey with sweet fruit and salty flavors of smoked meat, salt and pepper with notes of blood oranges and red berries.Built on the foundation of Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Elusive Umami is an innovation that balances sweet and savory flavors, with notes of blood oranges and red berries, sweet wood spices, a touch of smoked meat, a pinch of salt and pepper, with a long, sweet and fruity finish.
