The first core range release of Dingle whiskey. This is a triple distilled single malt and has been vatted exclusively from first fill casks. The make-up of those selected is 61% Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and 39% Bourbon barrels. Like all other Dingle whiskeys this has not been chill filtered and has not had any additional colouring added. Tasting NotesNose: Lime zest, chopped mint and pear on the nose.Finish : Honey sweetness & mixed spice linger on the tongueFlavour: Caramelised apple, raisins, and vanilla.
