Silks Irish Dry Gin 70cl

Distilled by hand in small batches in our family distillery in the heart of the Boyne valley in Ireland. Our Signature Botanicals are hand foraged from our apple orchards – apple blossoms from our trees, honey from our bees and elderflower from our hedgerows. Our 14 distinct botanicals are macerated for 24 hours before slow distilling with vapour infusion in our custom Copper Pot Still. Each distillation is non chill filtered and cut back with our own deep well water before bottling. Our name is inspired by the racecourse we see from our family distillery – a gin that honours the history of horse racing.
