7 Year Old Distillers Choice Irish Whiskey 70cl

Pearse Distillers Choice is a malt and grain whiskey blend aged in a combination of former Bourbon and Sherry barrels for a minimum of 7 years. On the nose this specially blended Irish Whiskey gives fresh citrus and piny herbal notes with subtle spices and dried fruits giving a lingering light fruit cake aroma. The palate offers warming spiced oak flavours with hints of green grape evolving to caramelised pear. As this Whiskey develops it gives hints of coca and dried fruit flavours, finishing with notes of stewed apple, clove and custard. This is bottled at 43% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
