Glenglassaugh 49y 1974 Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 44.4% 0.7L gift pack

Glenglassaugh 49 Year Old is a distillation of its serene, natural surroundings. The gentle power of the elements, over many years, has shaped a distinct coastal single malt, as unique as the secluded yet spirited coastline it derives from. Bottled from a single Pedro Ximénez Hogshead cask from Andalucía and matured for over 49 years next to the shores of Sandend Bay, this rare and complex expression presents a symphony of sweet spices and tropical richness. Colour: Rouge gold, Aroma: Treacle, cinnamon and cherry with plum wine and incense carried on a tropical wave of blossom honey. Taste: Waves of plum and cherry compote with silky key lime and lemon truffle coated in dark chocolate and sea salt.
