Single Malt Irish Whiskey 70cl

Sprung from the minds of masters and apprentices, Method and Madness is whiskey that pays heed to tradition, while searching for unordinary. This 14-year-old single malt was matured in American bourbon barrels and features a parcel of whiskey enhanced with Limousin oak, bringing a light French floral note giving way to crisp barley and sweet wafer. Nose: freshly shelled peanut, cereal malt aroma. Taste: cracked cinnamon stick, ice cream cone wafer. Fragrant bonbons with a hint of toasted barley on the finish.
