Dewar's Double Stone Toast French Oak Scotch Whisky 21 Years Old Scotland 75CL

Embark on a journey of exceptional taste with Dewar's Double Double 21 Years Old, a distinguished Scotch whisky crafted for the discerning traveller. This exquisite expression is a testament to Dewar's unwavering commitment to quality and innovation, presenting a unique maturation process that redefines Scotch whisky. Aged for a remarkable 21 years, it undergoes a 'double double' maturation – a four-cask aging process that imparts unparalleled depth and complexity. The final finishing in French Oak casks, specifically ex-Cognac barrels, imparts a rich, velvety texture and a symphony of delightful aromas. Upon opening, an inviting bouquet of ripe orchard fruits, honey, and subtle floral notes graces the senses. The initial sip reveals a luscious sweetness, reminiscent of toffee and butterscotch, beautifully interwoven with hints of toasted almonds and a delicate whisper of spice. As the whisky evolves on the palate, notes of dark chocolate, dried figs, and candied orange peel emerge, a direct influence of its extended maturation and the embrace of French Oak. The finish is exceptionally long, smooth, and warming, with lingering notes of oak spice and a subtle, sweet smokiness that leaves a lasting impression of pure indulgence. Dewar's Double Double 21 Years Old is best savoured neat, allowing its intricate layers to unfold. Alternatively, it can be enjoyed with a drop of water to open up its aromatic complexities. This is more than just a whisky; it's an experience, an invitation to pause and appreciate life's finer moments, making it the perfect luxury indulgence or a memorable gift for any connoisseur.
