Cascina Bruciata, Riserva Rio Sordo, Barbaresco, DOCG, toer, roed 0,75L

The grapes of the Rio Sordo "Cru" have always been coveted because they give the wines an unmistakable balsamic character, with great personality. This Riserva combines the notes of eucalyptus with very persistent spicy scents. In the mouth it is full, persuasive, with a dense tannic texture and ample envelopment. It is a wine of great importance that goes well with rich first courses, red meats, and well-seasoned hard cheeses.
