Courvoisier l'essence cognac 700ml

Opening with captivating notes of sandalwood and cigar leaf, followed by the fragrance of summer blooms and the sweetness of toffee, marzipan, and fresh honey. The rich aromas of vanilla, dried plum, and apricot intertwine seamlessly, creating a silky texture that lingers on the palate with a long-lasting finish. Rare vintage eaux-de-vie from the Borderies and Grande Champagne regions, aged since the early 20th century, are masterfully blended with cognac produced in the late 20th century. This showcases Courvoisier's continuous innovation in distillation and maturation techniques, perfectly balancing the unique flavors of Troncais and Limousin oak barrels. Created in 2009 by Jean-Marc Olivier, the fifth generation of master blenders, and Patrice Pinet, the sixth generation, this represents a fusion of old and new inspirations. The blend of ancient stocks from the early 20th century and rare fine spirits from the late 20th century marks the beginning of an extraordinary journey spanning over a century.
