Writers Tears Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 70cl

The first Single Pot Still expression from Writers Tears has arrived! Single Pot Still whiskey has always been at the heart of Writers’ Tears as it weaves a tale between distiller & scribe. This chapter of Writers’ Tears is pure Single Pot Still, 100% Barley, 3 times distilled and beautifully balanced by Bourbon, Marsala and PX casks, layering sweetness with depth of colour andflavour. Expect velvety dessert-like qualities of PX Sherry, finishing with a light chewiness. Tasting Notes: Nose: Candied sweetness & toffee apples. Palate: Pot still spice and velvet candied PX. Finish: A light chewiness.
