Uva Mira The Mira Cabernet Franc 750ml Uva Mira’s Cabernet Franc vineyards are planted on decomposed granite soils, on the west-facing slopes of the Estate, at altitudes as high as 470 metres above sea level. These cooler slopes create the ideal terroir for Cabernet Franc, which benefits from longer ripening periods before harvest. A refreshing and vivid expression of Cabernet Franc with beautiful floral notes. The Mira Cabernet Franc is perfumed and mineral on the nose with savoury red fruit, cigar box notes and a touch of oak spice. Moreish and well balanced showing lovely poise and tension on the palate with a dry, powdery tannin structure. Very stylish and elegant with lush red fruit, cranberries, beautiful mineral notes, some cedar character and slight tobacco leaf on the finish. Refreshing and vivid expression of Cabernet Franc.
