Food Match: COCKTAIL RECIPE: LIMON COLLINS 1.5oz Limoncello 1.5oz Vodka or Gin 1oz Lemon Juice 2oz Club Soda Combine Limoncello, vodka or gin and lemon juice in a mixing glass and stir. Pour over ice in a collins glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint.
