Sandeman Late Bottled Vintage Port Wine

A deep almost opaque ruby colour, this wine has a very complex aroma with red fruits, notes of aniseed and a slight scent of Chinese ink, as well as some minerality, shrubby tones (boxwood) and splashes of cocoa and chocolate courtesy of a good maturation. On the palate, it has great volume, a lively acidity, firm tannins, and further notes of shrubs and black fruit that invite a long, complex finish.
