Kirker Irish Whiskey 70cl

A bold and distinctive blend, crafted from whiskies drawn from each of Ireland’s four proud provinces. In order of volume share It begins in Ulster at the Hinch Distillery, contributing two expressive single malts fully matured in Shiraz and Oloroso casks. From Leinster comes a delicate single grain whiskey, rested in first-fill bourbon barrels. In Connacht, The Shed Distillery adds depth with a rich single malt also aged in bourbon casks. Finally, Munster’s West Cork Distillery offers its characterful single pot still whiskey, matured in first-fill bourbon. These unique expressions are brought to Belfast, where they are carefully blended into one harmonious Irish whiskey.
