The Ländle Rässkäse is made from the best Alpine milk and matured and cared for in the traditional artisanal manner. During a 5 month maturation in natural cellar it unfolds ist prominent aroma of malt, roasted onions, cream and peanut. The Ländle Weinkäse the original is unique, both in appearance and taste, and therfor an eye- catcher on every cheese counter. During a 4month maturation period in a natural cellar, it is cured with red wine at least 2 times a week. Ländle Weinkäse exhibits a slightly sweet and fruity, harmonious note and impress with its seductive sensation on the moth.
