A collaboration between Darryl McNally, Master distiller of the Dublin Liberties Distiller and Jack McGarry and Sean Muldoon of the Dead Rabbit Grocery & Grog. The Dead Rabbit Irish Whiskey is aged in seasoned bourbon casks for 5 years and finished in specially crafted, small virgin American oak barrels, the flavour profiles is unlike any other Irish whiskey available today - on the nose, it is light and aromatic, with toasted oak notes and a hint of caramel, while the palate has a deep rich mellow feel, finishing with a long soft hint of vanilla. Nose: Rich overtones of Bourbon and Vanilla. Taste: Irish Whiskey heart, with a burst of bourbon vanilla attitude to finish. Finish: A long vanilla finish.
