Initially matured for in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, is followed by being split equally between three different sherry woods—Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso. After three years, the spirit is married together in an upstanding sherry butt to allow the flavours to infuse. A robust, yet elegant spirit. Nose: Orange marmalade, cinnamon and nutmeg Taste: Mandarin, vanilla, ginger and crushed apples Finish: Caramelised orange and rich dark chocolate
