Sherry Finish Scotch Whisky

The Famous Grouse Sherry Cask Finish has been finished in 100% Sherry-seasoned casks, imbibing the liquid with flavour notes that you would expect and warm and rich sherry including moist sultanas, sweet cinnamon and dark chocolate. Nose: A balance of fresh orange and poached pear, cherry blossom, moist sultanas, cocoa beans intermingled with sweet cinnamon and ginger spice. Taste: Smooth in texture, rich in character. A combination of oaky vanilla, dark chocolate, maple syrup, toasted almonds and hazelnuts. Finish: Rich and smooth. Warming notes of dried fruits in Christmas cakes with a long sweet, spice finish.
