Serego Alighieri, Vaio, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, Vaio, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, DOCG, dry, red, 0.75L

The icon of Counts Serego Alighieri noble family, direct descendants of poet Dante, which started the history of Amarone in Italy. Expertise MASI: maturation in Slavonian oak casks and cherry wood casks. Long ageing potential: over 40 years. The term “Amarone” probably derives from the name of this ancient vineyard, “Vaio Armaron”, in the heart of historic Valpolicella, cultived by Counts Serego Alighieri since 1353.
