ABV%: 46%Crystal Malt: At Teeling Whiskey we believe in driving the evolution of Irish Whiskey through the creation of unconventional and unique expressions. This limited edition bottling of our Single Malt was crafted by adding Crystal Malt to its mash bill followed by maturation exclusively in Virgin American Oak Barrels. Crystal Malt is made when the sugars that are formed during the traditional malting process are crystallised through extra heat, producing distinct toffee-like flavours in the resulting Whiskey.Tasting Notes:Nose – Green apple, stewed pears, with hints of brown sugar, vanilla and light oak shavings.Taste – A burst of toffee coats the palate, with apple pie and fresh pastries, followed by a honeyed sweetness.Finish - Long luxurious finish with notes of soft cinnamon spice and caramel.
