Planeta, Chardonnay, Menfi, DOC, tør, hvid (økologisk) 0,75L

A wine that has come to represent a change in Sicilian wine-making. It was borne out of the wish to compete with the worldwide production of this noble and widespread vine variety. Having travelled far along a path begun in 1985, full of surprises and successes, today Chardonnay Pineta is an icon for the whole of Sicily. The Ulmo and Maroccoli vine varieties it is made from are grown in a unique position and terroir. The controlled and meticulous fermentation and ageing in French wooden casks results in a uniquely graceful and powerful wine.
