Aberlour 13 Year Old Travel Exclusive 70cl

Aberlour is a renowned Scotch whisky distillery located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Introducing one of only three Travel Retail Exclusive aged expressions to be released. Our makers mature the whisky in two different types of casks: American oak casks bringing notes of vanilla and toffee, and Oloroso sherry casks imparting spice and richness. During the years of maturation, the whiskies subtly absorb the casks complexity, adding intricate layers and refined depth. When the time comes, our craftsmen skilfully bring the single malts from both casks together, an art requiring dedication and years of expertise to achieve just the right balance of depth and flavour. Double cask matured for a minimum of 13 years, this well-balanced single malt perfectly combines a sweet and fruity character, with layered notes of red apples and butterscotch imparted by the American oak casks. A rewardingly complex whisky, with a sweet and spicy finish. Aberlour 13 Year Old is a distinguished single malt Scotch whisky that embodies the essence of the tranquil Speyside region in Scotland. This expression is characterized by a captivating combination of smoothness, richness, and complexity, making it a cherished choice among whisky aficionados. With its balanced and nuanced flavors, Aberlour 13 Year Old offers a sophisticated yet approachable drinking experience, whether enjoyed neat or with a splash of water Aberlour 13 Year Old Travel Exclusive, reserve online and collect from our Barcelona duty free store before you travel.
