Solera Single Malt Premium Irish Whiskey

A new Single Malt Irish Whiskey to the Roe & Co family, that uses the solera method, which incorporates fractional finishing of whiskey across a range of ages and cask types, including the first ever casks produced at the Roe & Co Distillery. Roe & Co Solera Single Malt Irish Premium Whiskey is the first release of our single malt whiskey distilled at our home the Roe & Co Distillery, reimaging the possibilities of flavour using an innovative finishing technique inspired by the age-old Solera system. 4 hand-selected criaderas (layers of casks) of American Bourbon, Alligator Char, Chestnut, and Sherry will impart layers of delicious, ever-evolving flavour. The release of Roe & Co Solera Single Malt Irish Whiskey is the truest expression of our wonderful whisky distilled, created, and crafted by our Head Distiller, Lora Hemy.
