Octomore 15.1 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 59.1% 0.7L

As the backbone of every Octomore series, the 15.1 is the necessary comparison from which the other expressions swing. With the profound influence of high-intensity peated smoke, the spirit is matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon casks and re-charred ex-bourbon casks, extracting as much character as possible from the wood. The result is a raw and uncompromising single malt whisky that reflects Octomore’s refined character strength with a balance of soft vanilla cream and sweet, charred oak with an intoxicating peated smoke.
