12 Year old Single Malt Whiskey 70cl

The Irishman 12-year-old single malt is the pinnacle of triple-distilled Irish single malt. Aged for a minimum of 12 years in hand-selected first-fill bourbon barrels. The Irishman 12-year-old single malt is limited to only 6000 bottles released per year and bottled at 43% ABV. Nose: light sweet notes of vanilla, cinnamon and tincture of clove, all balanced with apples, pears and charred wood Taste: a burst of rich flavours, sweet with vanilla and delicately bolstered with black peppercorns, giving way to a fruity mid-section and fading to a satisfying cereal conclusion Finish: barley and oak with a touch of creamy dairy fudge and dark chocolate
