Reypenaer won several prizes and became "Supreme Champion" three times at the Nantwich International Cheese Show in England. There are many top (star) restaurants here. Taste: intense, persistent taste and aroma with a soft, creamy texture Aromas: slightly creamy, salty, quite fruity, nutty Wyngaard Mustard Dill is a cheese aged for 4 months with a coarse mustard in which fresh dill tops have been processed. The most fermented aroma is lost in the air, with a beautiful result. Both the fine combination of the cheese with the mustard-dill and the cheese itself are tested! A completely different variation on the aloud classic, cheese with mustard. Wyngaard Mustard Dill is always combined with a white Pouilly Fumée with a powerful red Pinotage. Wyngaard Truffle is a 4-month matured cheese covered with a tapenade containing fresh summer truffle. The truffle tapenade releases its aroma to the cheese over time, with a surprising result. Both the fine combination of the cheese with the truffle tapenade and the cheese itself are tasted. Wyngaard Truffle combines wonderfully with a white Pouilly Fumée wine or a strong red Pinotage Wyngaard Black Pepper is a cheese matured for 4 months and refined with coarsely crushed peppercorns. The spice of the pepper is combined into a harmonious whole by the soft, creamy and buttery taste of the cheese. Wyngaard Black Pepper combines wonderfully with a spicy Pinot Gris or a powerful red Valpolicella.
