Single Malt Irish Whiskey 70cl

The Irishman single malt is a small batch single malt Irish whiskey. Matured in two different woods, American oak bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry butts, it gives way to a well-balanced flavoursome whiskey. Triple distilled and bottled at 40% ABV this is an undeniably smooth Irish whiskey. Nose: ripe and fruity with luscious peach, dried apricot and tropical fruits. Hints of orange blossom and vanilla fudge Taste: vanilla sweetness, granola, toasted almonds and honey, digestive biscuits, apricots and a hint of cocoa Finish: long lingering finish with a light maltiness and sweet oak, not so much a finish, more of an encore
