Lindemans, BIN 50. Shiraz, dry, red (screw cap), 0.75L

The powerful Lindeman's BIN 50 Shiraz from Australia is a pure wine made from the Shiraz grape variety. When the grapes for this Australian red wine are perfectly ripe, they are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest time of day to preserve their aromas. After the hand-picking, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures follows. The vinification is followed by a maturation.

Lindemans, BIN 65, Chardonnay, dry, white (screw cap), 0.75L

The winery, founded in 1843 by Dr Henry Lindeman in the Hunter Valley in southeastern Australia, has created a wine from Down Under that is appreciated by wine lovers all over the world: the Chardonnay. The Chardonnay, aged in French oak, first came on the market in 1985. Today, the Bin 65 Chardonnay is vinified by Wayne Falkenberg. It is thanks to his expertise – and the reliable Australian climate – that the wine is of consistently high quality and characterised by an accessible, fruit-forward style. Compared to European Chardonnay wines, Lindeman's Bin 65 Chardonnay focuses less on minerality and more on fruity drinking pleasure.
