This release is a decadent blend of Single Malt and Single Grain Irish Whiskey, each aged for no less than 10 years, married together and finished in XO Cognac casks. Egan’s Conviction is non-chill filtered to retain its delicate character. Tasting Notes:.Nose: Floral gains, honey & dried apricot before revealing a hint of vanilla.Mouth: Light wafers, new leather, sultanas and almond. Touches of ginger infused chocolate, and zesty fruits.Linger: Long and gentle, with ginger returing next to lemon zest and a touch of liquorice to close.

Since our early days as whiskey and spirit merchants, in the late nineteenth century, we have seen the constant evolution in the tastes and the crafting of whiskey. Our latest release is inspired by the many styles we have admired from around the world.ENDEAVOUR is crafted with the intent to continue pushing things forwards - the inclusion of a modest peated malt component allows for a more robust flavour profile. Fully matured in a combination of virgin American oak, bourbon, olorosse sherry, and imperial stout barrels to add layers of complexity, this is an Irish Whiskey of extraordinary taste that is beautifully balanced.ABV% 46Tasting Notes:Nose: Vanilla sweetness with a earl grey tea, dried dark fruit and a wisp of warm tar.Taste: Sweet toffee, chocolate and dried fruits sit with oak and walnuts with a peated undercurrent throughout.A long finish of lingering tannis and peat with some black pepper spice.Triple distilled for smoothness and matured in four types of cask for complexity and balance of flavour. It's bold flavour allows Endeavour to be enjoued neat, on the rocks or in a classic cocktail.
