All Dom Pérignon is aged for at least eight years before release. But each year, a tiny amount of wine is held back for even longer ageing. This additional time spent in the cellars yields a complex, deep and concentrated champagne called Plénitude 2, the second life of Dom Pérignon. This second release of the 2004 vintage is similar in character and structure to the first, which was released in 2013, but is magnified in almost every respect. It's wider, deeper, longer and more intense. Alcohol by volume - 12.5 % Vol. Storage advice - Store horizontally in a cool (10-15°C), dark place, and away from vibrations Health warning - Contains sulphites Closure - Cork Dosage - Brut

Dom Pérignon Rosé is a wine of superlatives: a year like no other, defined by extremes. First the vineyard was affected by severe spring frosts and then by an unparalleled heatwave. As a result, the vintage of a perfectly ripe and healthy small harvest is the most precocious since 1822.

Dom Pérignon has left its mark in the annals of Dom Pérignon for its ease and generosity. The vine growth was unstressed and without incident, while the bunches were notable for their number and sheer size. The harvest began on 24th September, with the grapes displaying excellent ripeness and health. On the nose, aromas of almond and powdered cocoa develop gradually into white fruits, with just hints of dried flowers. Classic toasted notes give it a rounded finish and denote its fully-realised maturity. On the palate, the wine effortlessly traces that fine line between density and weightlessness. Its precision is extreme, being tactile, dark and chiselled. The full taste lingers with the utmost elegance on a sappy, spicy note.
