Made to the original 170 year old family recipe, every bottle of Micil Poitín is carefully hand-crafted here in our distillery in Galway. It’s distilled from 100% Irish malted barley and a local Connemara botanical called bogbean, giving it rich spice, honey and malt flavours with a smooth velvety finish. A versatile spirit, a good poitín can be sipped neat, drunk in a sour, or used in your favourite cocktail, such as a ‘Micil Martini’. Our recommended serve is the ‘Micil Mule’ – Micil Irish Poitín mixed with premium ginger beer, a wedge of lime, and lots of ice.

Shelf impression

The image features a bottle of Irish Poitin with a transparent and textured body showcasing the clear liquid inside. The bottle has a rounded bottom with straight sides and a cylindrical neck. A metal screw cap is visible at the top, contributing to its modern appeal. The label is prominently placed on the front, with black letters on a beige background saying 'SIPATRICK’S IRISH POITÍN', enhanced by an image of historical figures. The overall aesthetic is reminiscent of vintage yet modern design. The backdrop is dark, creating a striking contrast with the gleaming bottle and the wooden surface it rests upon. The texture of the bottle is frosted or pebbled, catching light in a way that makes the surface appear dynamic. The light highlights the clarity of the liquid while casting shadows that add depth to the overall composition.

Micil Earls Island Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 70cl

A fruity, spicy Single Pot Still Irish whiskey enriched by Bordeaux red wine casks, with hints of soft turf smoke from ex-peated whiskey casks.
