A blend of Irish malt and Irish grain whiskeys, aged for 5 years in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished in exceptional Cognac casks handpicked by our Master Distiller, Graeme Millar. This rare finish in Irish whiskey brings forward rich notes of candied lemons, dried pineapples, and a lingering ginger spice. Tasting notes: Nose: Macerated orange peel, ripe banana and vanilla. Palate: Candied lemons, icing sugar, flame raisins, blonde chocolate, dried pineapple. Finish: Lingering ginger spice. ABV: 46% Non-chill filtered.
