Made from fresh, wild flora, sustainably foraged in the mountains around our distillery, and added to the still within hours of picking. Suggested serve: Over plenty of ice and a premium tonic with an orange twist and freshly torn basil leaves. Or try with soda to explore the depths of flavour further. Tasting Notes: Nose: Fresh Spring notes of with juniper, citrus, pine. Taste: Cool and mellow at first, then nectarous Summer flowers, hints of Autumn fruits giving way to spices. Finish: Long and sylvan, with warm winter spices.

The Glendalough Pot Still Batch 1 was made from a 1:2 mash bill of malted and unmalted Irish barley, matured for 3 years in a Bourbon cask and up to a year in Irish oak casks.

17 Year Old Single Malt Mizunara Irish Whiskey 70cl

A 17 Year Old Single Malt that was aged in ex-Bourbon barrels for the first 15 years before being transferred into a rare Japanese Mizunara cask for the final two years. It's predecessor the Glendalough 13 Year Old Mizunara Finish was named in the top 20 whiskeys in the world. Very aromatic and complex on the palate with notes of honeycomb, creamy vanilla and cedarwood spice.

7 Year Old Mizunara Single Malt Irish Whiskey 70cl

This wonderful whiskey is initially matured in America Oak Bourbon Casks and finished in the Mizunara Oak Casks from the Japanese Island of Hokkaidō. Only the most experienced and skilful coopers in Japan can work with this type of oak.
