Silverado solo cabernet sauvignon 2014

Nestled in the hills on the Northwest side of the Stags Leap District, Silverado Vineyards has become an iconic estate and home to some of Napa Valley's most-recognized wines for almost forty years. SOLO is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, Silverado-Disney Heritage Clone grown in the estate's Stags Leap Vineyard, one of the first three vineyards planted to Cabernet Sauvignon in the appellation. This vineyard contributed significantly to establishing the reputation of the Stags Leap District, the most distinctive Cabernet-growing region in the Napa Valley. SOLO has garnered many awards and accolades over the years from the Silverado Vineyards, Stags Leap District. The 2014 Silverado SOLO is a bold Cabernet with aromas of dark cherries and plum, rose, and hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cassis. Intense fruit, dark chocolate, toasty oak, and spice lead to a velvety, long finish with refined tannins.
