Barceló Gran Añejo is a premium rum that has been double aged in American and French oak barrels, giving it a perfect balance, smoothness, aroma, sweet touches and unique flavour. It is the most versatile rum on the market, created for people looking for a premium rum for different moments of consumption. Barceló Gran Añejo rum is made with a blend of highly aged rums and aged in first-use American oak bourbon barrels. As a result of its careful production process, we obtain a light, fragrant rum with an unrivalled bouquet. Considered by many to be the perfect glass, it is ideal to drink it mixed with cola and accompanied by a slice of lime. PAIRING: Barceló Gran Añejo is ideal to drink it alone, on the rocks or mixed. It also goes well with chocolates and nuts as a digestive. TASTING NOTES: Appearance: It has an amber colour with soft golden tones. Nose: The nose presents aromas of malted chocolate, vanilla, caramelized nuts, tobacco and delicate anise, followed by a smooth entry to a semi-dry body with notes of mocha and whipped cream.
