Montanari & Gruzza Parmigiano Reggiano 30 Months 750g

It is a “special” Parmigiano Reggiano. We have selected a single dairy in the Parma hills and certain well-traced milk suppliers, and we have called it "LA GIGANTINA" for the large size of the wheels we select, which usually exceed 40 kg. The larger size allows a more balanced maturation which gives the paste a unique creaminess and texture. That is why we bring it to an average aging of 30 months
